Hello. I am Olga. I am keen to connect with Business Development, Client Success, Sales professionals, and with the Founders of Start-ups and SMEs.

I offer a review of your business on flexible terms via a fixed contract or on a part-time basis. I aim to deliver significant growth of revenues and bring you closer to delivering on your company's vision.

Growth is not just about marketing or sales, or about tight budgets in the current environment. It is about:

  • Prioritising and sync with the Product Team
  • Actively demanding feedback from your customers
  • Knowing how to say no to some leads while dropping everything for the ones which fits your Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)

Everything I know about running a business I learned by rolling up my sleeves and doing the job that needs to be done. 

Corporate training with start-up agility

I have been trained in the corporate world. This means:

  • I am punctual, respectful of your time. I come prepared for the meeting. I follow up with a summary of what has been discussed, action points and measures for a successful outcome.
  • I know how to navigate a large complex client in the private sector and government organisations.
The last 7 years I have been part of start-ups.

I can connect with professionals from any industry, I have worked with:

  • Clients from Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa. The USA, Asia and Europe have been my focus the last ten years.
  • Consumer services and marketplaces. I onboarded and operationally supported car services family owned businesses.

How it works

Free initial review. We will have a 30 minute conversation to start with. I listen to your concerns and suggest areas that need further research.

High level brainstorm. If we connect and our ideas are aligned, you will place a deposit for the first two sessions and we agree to work together for 10.

Fixed term or part-time engagement for the impactful outcome. During our second session we will decide if we need the remaining eight sessions or if you have gotten enough from our conversations. You can walk away at this point.

Flexibility. I give you the ability to work with me as a sounding board for a few sessions without an obligation to commit for the long term.

I am agile and flexible so I am sure we will find the right amount of time to deliver on what is the most impactful for your business with the budget that you have available.
